Delete your Sequence account

Sequence: Card Board Game is made by Stratza Games. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Sequence and tap your profile picture or avatar at the top of the home screen. If you have signed out, sign in again with the same Google or Facebook account first.
2. At the bottom of the Account sheet, under Log Out, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete Forever.

Deletion happens straight away. The app then continues as a new guest with fresh progress.

Delete by email

If you can no longer open the app, email tanmay.iitbhu@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Sequence account". Include the name shown in the game and the Google or Facebook account you signed in with, so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google or Facebook link) and user ID.
• Your player name, profile photo and avatar.
• Coins, coin history, level, game statistics and leaderboard entries.
• Tournament entries and notification tokens.

What is kept

• Results of tournaments that already finished keep the prize amount for our records, with your name replaced by "Deleted player".
• Anonymous analytics and crash reports, which are not linked to your name, are kept by Google Firebase under its standard retention settings and then removed automatically.

Game progress saved only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. See the privacy policy for details.
